This is to welcome Students, Staff, and families back to school.
The staff would like to have 10 people display their Corvette’s for students and families to view. People will not be required to touch or sit in the cars.
There will be food vendors and other activities for the kids and their families to participate in.

Please Join us as the Rochester Corvette Club commemorates those who died on 9-11 (September 11th 2001). We will never forget this awful day.
This year we will again stage at the Byrne Dairy on Route 31 and Route 260 at 8 am. We will proceed to the Fireman's Memorial in Brockport @ 8:15 am for an approximate arrival at 8:30 am.
After the ceremony at around 11 am we have reserved seating for up to 50 members at the Golden Eagle Family Restaurant at 11:30 am. The address is 4820 Lake Road South (Route 19 & Route 31), Brockport, NY.

$25.00 per car-limit of 50 cars ($10 goes to Club Charity)

Check in at 9:00 am. First cars leave at 9:30.
Finish around 1:00 at Irish Mafia Brewing Company, 2971 Whalen Rd, Bloomfield, NY 14469
Food and drinks available at your expense
Register on RCC website Couples Members, do not add spouse as guest. We need this to approximate car count not person count.

Location: General Motors Tonawanda Powertrain Plant, 2995 River Road, Buffalo, NY 14207 (Meet up at the Clarence Travel Plaza)
Event Description: Tour of the General Motors Engine Plant. C8 Corvette Engines are scheduled to be in production on the date of the tour
Schedule of Events:
-Address: New York State Thruway West Bound (WB), Milepost 412, Clarence, NY 14031 (Between Exit 48A Pembroke & Exit 49 Depew)
GM Tour Requirements:
A background check by General Motors is required for all attendees
RCC Vice President, Dennis Whitmore, will contact you for the following information:
This is an event that you are required to register for ahead of time, no one will be allowed to show up without being on the approved list
If you cannot make the event, you are required to let Dennis know ahead of time so he can inform the Plant
A valid form of ID is required to enter the facility. Example: Non-Expired Driver’s License
No phones/cameras will be allowed in the Plant, you must leave them in your car
No open toes shoes or Crocs- Must wear closed toed shoes-Sneakers recommended
No backpacks, purses or bags are allowed on the Tour
Short pants and Short-Sleeved Shirts are allowed
There is a limit of only 30 Corvettes allowed for this event. We can have up to 60 people, but they must be in the 30 Corvettes. There may be some carpooling required
This is a Rain or Shine Corvette event
The background information must be given to the Plant no later than Wednesday, August 27th to start the vetting process
